GERONTOLOGY, ANTI-AGING, AND A DEADLY MISTAKE

Many of you know I’m a Maine Coon breeder.
But today, my work goes beyond breeding: I’ve created a Health Library — a series of Guides designed to help pet owners understand how the body works — feline, canine, and human alike.
Yes, these Guides are written for cats.
But if you think their physiology is completely different from ours — then you probably haven’t read my materials yet.
We’re all built on the same principles.
Take my Guide “Feline Gerontology: Aging Gracefully”, for example.
It’s not just about cats.
It’s about aging — and the dangerous mistakes humans and vets alike often make.
This excerpt from the Guide hits hard:
“Some retroviruses can insert themselves into the cell’s DNA and activate proto-oncogenes — genes responsible for growth and division.
At first, it looks like a miracle: shiny coat, high energy, a burst of vitality.
But right behind that... comes cancer.”
Yes, it’s written about cats. But you know exactly what this is really about, don’t you?
I remember the early 2000s.
Celebrity after celebrity — actors, billionaires, powerful people — started dying in what seemed like the prime of their lives.
Age 45. 50. 55. They had just undergone rejuvenation procedures. And then — cancer.
Stem cells. Youth injections. Israel. The U.S. Glossy bodies, glowing skin — and funeral silence.
“They came home — to attend their own funerals. Metabolism had been forced into overdrive. The immune system couldn’t keep up. And uncontrolled cell division began.”
Why did it happen?
Because their bodies weren’t young anymore.
And yet they were being pushed — as if they were still growing.
Because no one ever taught us how the body really works.
But it’s simple:
First the body grows. Then it strengthens. Then it begins to age.
And with age, it absorbs less — vitamins, minerals, amino acids.
It slows down — and that’s a protective mechanism.
Older bodies require less — less food, fewer supplements, smaller doses of medication.
“Metabolism speeds up, cells start dividing — but the body can’t keep it under control. That’s cancer.”
I’m not against medicine. I’m not against vets.
I’m against blind faith in protocols.
Against the “Let’s try antibiotics and see what happens” approach.
Have you ever heard a doctor or vet say:
“You’ll need to support the gut lining after this. Add some probiotics. Maybe enzymes too.”
No?
That’s because it’s not in the protocol.
But who told you that health lives inside a protocol?
My Guides aren’t about giving you recipes.
They’re about giving you understanding.
About how the body works. About how to avoid harm.
About how to make decisions — not out of fear, but from knowledge.
If you want to live a longer, healthier life — and want the same for your pet —
it’s time to take responsibility.
To learn. To think.
To stop blindly trusting, and start deeply understanding.
